CUSTOMIZATION

Wheel Customization

Custom paint can be color matched and offers a variety of colors and designs so you can let your creativity shine.   We can reproduce factory machine finish with new, personalized color in the pockets of your wheels. We can pinstripe the edges of your wheels and also match most aftermarket wheel styles. Let us personalize your ride with the look that is just right for you.

Powder Coating offers the benefits of color variety, while also providing a more durable and resilient finish.  While painting is great for intricate details or multiple colors, powder coating tends to be best for full-wheel color applications.  It doesn’t involve regular liquid based paints. Instead, a layer of dry powder is sprayed onto the wheel’s surface using an electrostatic gun.  Once the layer is applied, the wheel is heat treated to create a smooth and "tough" surface.

BENT WHEEL STRAIGHTENING

BENT WHEEL

STRAIGHTENING

Our weather here in the PNW can be hard on even the hardiest of vehicles.  Bent wheels from potholes, curbs, speed bumps and other road obstructions can compromise the integrity of the wheel and your vehicle as a whole.

What issues are caused by having a bent wheel?

  • Decreased fuel economy due to leaking air.

  • Poor road handling.

  • Flat tire or blowout.

  • Wheel wobbling at higher speeds.

  • Vehicle instability.

  • Difficult steering and decreased responsiveness.

  • Vibration in the steering wheel.

Our patent pending straightening system can bring most wheels back to their original look and integrity, while avoiding the cost of replacement.

Wheel straightening is not offered on a Mobile Wheel Repair basis.  Your wheel will need to be at our shop for 24 - 48 hours due to the complex nature of the process.

Straightening a bent wheel utilizes tools that may damage the factory finish of the wheel.

Repair of the tool damage to the finish is not included in the cost of the wheel straightening.

Some wheels will break during the straightening process.

Our guarantee is that if Wheelkraft NW is unable to make your wheel roadworthy again, there is no charge for our service.

We do recycle all wheels that break during a straightening attempt.
